Ronan founded Fior Real Estate Group with a mission to redefine how residential real estate advisory is practiced — bringing real-time, data-driven insight and professionalism to an industry ready for change.

Shortly after relocating to Vancouver from Ireland, Ronan joined a global commercial real estate firm, where he spent more than 15 years advising clients across multiple asset classes throughout Metro Vancouver in both investment and leasing capacities. His work included guiding developers, investors, and private clients through complex site acquisitions, disposition strategies and lease negotiations — helping to shape a number of mixed-use, multi-family, and commercial projects across the region.

 

Building on this foundation, Ronan brings that same disciplined, client-first mindset to the residential market — combining strategic insight with a highly personalized advisory approach. Every decision is guided by data, perspective, and a genuine commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Ronan can often be found at the rink or on the field, supporting his kids and enjoying family life in Vancouver.
